“This cottage is cute, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host is friendly full of information and prompt in every way. The cool breeze through the cottage is an unexpected luxury in my opinion. The beach is so close we went back many times per day. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. ”

“We are older 55 and 62 we loved it very quiet at night which we like very nice restaurants we walked too which we like the beach right there met nice people we took our multi poo she was great so I’m glad because it was very pet friendly everywhere we went people fell in love with her communication with host excellent We will be back more often now that we have experienced this location ”

“It was such a beautiful place to stay! Clean and roomy. Loved the outdoor space for socializing and eating our meals. The neighbors we meet were super friendly. Love being able to walk to beach and the surrounding shops. ”

“Great location!! 5 minute walk to beach, shops, dining! Property was perfect size for a couples getaway. Had a Spectrum issue but was resolved quickly by owner and he even brought a bigger TV !! Very cozy setting, nice outdoor sitting area. We stayed in the back cottage and didn’t have any issues with the other guest in front cottage. Shared garage but we didn’t bring a car ( used Uber ) which was great! Highly recommend!!DanielNorth Carolina ”

“This was a super cute house that was perfect for our family's short visit. It was clean, and the pictures of the property were very accurate - definitely a cottage! Location was walkable to shops and the ferry. There was a thoughtful welcome note and amenity, which was a nice touch! There was a lot of construction on the island, so it was noisy... not the owner's fault. Bring a sound machine, because it's a busy island!”

“A gem of a home. The location can’t be beat and I really appreciated that this cottage is clean and bright. It is pretty bare bones as far as extras ( no ice maker or trays to make ice, no wine opener (although I added one), I did not find an iron or extra pillows so I bought a couple and added to the house). There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels ( no beach chairs ) and two coffee makers and plenty of coffee. My adult son went to use the hot tub but it was turned off so we figured the...

Nice to have secluded back patio for evening cocktails, cards etc. The front area garden was delightful for morning coffee amidst butterflies. The location was ideal with a short walk to everything. “The house was as described. It was great! Plenty of towels, utensils and pots/pans. The provided soap/shampoo was helpful as well! There were many fans which were needed because a lot of the windows do not open. That would be our only complaint. “We arrived with instructions to retrieve the front door key from a lock box. We opened the lock box only to find it was empty. We called our host numerous times, emailed and texted. We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental.
