“This was an excellent rental property. Fantastic location. Sparkling clean. Air conditioning! And the host Sophia was wonderful to work with. The beach house was well stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs and beach towels. The chairs were in great condition and not run down like a lot of other places we have rented from in years past. Will definitely be a repeat renter. Thank you Sophia for a wonderful week of beautiful memories!”

“This garage apartment on Balboa Island, is a historic unit, recently updated and very cute. The pictures in the listing are accurate and it is decorated in a fun, eclectic, nautical decor. It is comfortable and a good location, a quick 2 block walk to shops and restaurants and just down the street from the beach. Garage parking was a huge plus!
