“I was told at check-in that parking was $20 per night. At checkout, the fee was $35 per night plus taxes which brought the total to night to just over $40! Ugly surprise. Why don’t you just raise the room rate to cover the damn parking fee so that there’s not an ugly surprise in the end. “The staff was very friendly! The room smelled very muggy and humid. The doors were dirty and the sink didn’t drain. There were individuals who were trying to charge us for parking.. at the Mr. Pho’s restaurant …after we already paid for parking through the hotel! When we told them we already paid we were met with confrontation. We will not be booking with this hotel again.”
