“I arrived at the hotel around 11am and did not expect to get a room until 3-4pm, but my room was ready so I could check in and get settled right away. Pendry also listened to my request of having a room on the higher floors and put me on floor 17. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, my stay was great and I cannot see myself choosing any other hotel if I go back to Newport Beach!”

“I always feel at home when I visit at the Bay Shores Peninsula hotel! I am most welcome and cared for. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, always clean. You can opt for more sustainable actions like not having your towels or bedlinen changed daily in order to save water and preserve oceans from additional polluting actions. Warren and the whole team are gorgeous! So friendly and caring, they provide all possible information to make your stay even better. The breakfast area is like a kitchen....

“Excellent property location. Quiet area with shops nearby. Walk e where, no problem. Quick shared rides to Fashion Island and places to dine. Host was absolutely on top of everything. Ordered a queen blow up mattress delivered next day for us. Outstanding experience across the board. ”
