“This stay wasn’t great, the first room had both elevators not working and up against a road behind with dumpsters—they thought one of the elevators was working but the bell person who was moving us to a new location thought is was working and it wasn’t- for seniors this is a major problem. The second room was definitely better than first, however when we got back from dinner, we opened the door and water was all over the floor, we called right away and maintenance and house cleaning came out...
