“We came to Newport Beach for the end of our spring break. Jason’s place is a quick drive from John Wayne airport. And is just a few steps to the sand. I had my 4 sons and there was room for everyone to be comfortable. Jason was responsive and helpful. Garage parking was great. We had a great trip. Would stay again for sure!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, well stocked and was an excellent location just steps from the beach and close to restaurants. The garage fit our midsize suv (snugly). FYI: The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. It is on a busy road so take earplugs/white noise machines because with no air conditioning you’ll want to open doors and windows. “We came here with our grandchildren and the location was thte best. Very close to playgrounds, the beach on the bay side for little kids and the ocian side for big kids. The set up is nice with two sets of bunk beds in one bedroom and a big bed in the other. The porch and deck were also nice for great outside space.”

“Great location across from the beach! In walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the piers. Short drive to Disneyland. Parking was very tight in the garage, but thankful that we had parking. (Our small crossover SUV barely fit.) Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a perk. It was a nice, comfortable stay.”

“Overall I would say the location is very nice and close to the pier which was convenient . The house was located on the main roadway which I didn’t like and the parking listed says SUVs can fit and that was not accurate. The only car capable of parking in the spot provided has to be a compact/ small vehicle. The cleanliness wasn’t the greatest either but not horrible.
