“The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of the beaches and all of the dining venues. The lady at the front desk, Marie, was very helpful and positive. Hotel and rooms very clean and staff vey friendly. The Southwest architectural design of the building was very different from the normal hotel appearances- very welcoming and charming. "GOODs: The location is super, very close to Crescent Beach. The room is very clean. Free parking in the property. BADs: We arrived at 9:15pm and found the lobby already closed, even if the sign on the door reported "opening hours from 8am to 10pm". A person was actually inside the lobby but there was no ringbell at the door, so we had to pay for an international call to wake him up! (as the given phone number was not registered in WhatsApp). Once in the room, we discovered that both the TV and WiFi were not working but we were too tired to call someone and fix them."
