“Had decent breakfast daily. Checkin staff were courteous. No microwave in room which was very inconvenient and strange. The room was not very clean. We had someone vacuum under the bed twice and still had garbage under the beds. Paying to park when you are paying to stay at the hotel is a little greedy. Wouldn't stay here again.”

“When I walked into our Best Western room in San Juan Capistrano, I was blown away by how modern and clean the room was. Exceptional room for sure! The room was spacious and very clean. The entire property is well-maintained, and the continental breakfast was legit, including a waffle station. About 10 minutes from the Los Rios Historic District, which was a real treat to visit, and only minutes away from other eateries. We accidentally left behind some new purchases from our trip. “Room was clean and hotel was beautiful… stayed in both towers and they seem the same to me… the Dolphin is just more expensive… the only complaints I might have was the horribly loud music from the pool, all day and then the “club” at night… that was not fun… and housekeeping… I was on vacation… they were trying to touch up the room by 9 am and texting asking if they should just skip the room since we were sleeping… umm… no… but I’m going to sleep in on my vacation. “The staff was really patient. There was a guest she was helping who was irate and the staff was patient and calm. When it was my turn to check in, the staff apologized and quickly helped me check in. The breakfast was clean and neat. The staff operating the breakfast was kind and helpful. I enjoyed our one night stay.”
