“The room had a very strong bleach (Clorox) smell that didn’t go away even with windows open and AC on. It irritated our throats and made us feel sick.
We reported it to the front desk, but they refused to cancel our 4-night stay. We had to find another hotel that night. Expedia only refunded 2 nights, even though we didn’t stay at all. A full refund would have been fair”

“The room smelled a little weird, the carpets have definitely seen better days and had stains. I thought I got breakfast with my package and they said I did not. The air worked, but I had to crank it up to 68 to feel it. Staff is friendly up front but coffee place only has one worker, bar only has one worker who disappears, it smells slightly like garbage with the sweet smell of their signature berry ontop of it, so that was gross. “The hotel needs a cleaning. The halls are dirty and aren't clean. The trash container in the laundry room is filthy. Hasn't been cleaned in months. The gray exterior is black. I brought the top to the front desk and they acknowledged that it was filthy. They thanked me for bringing it to their attention. They wiped it off and put it back in laundry room. Wiping off doesn't do it. Need to be power washed. The lane lines on the apron of the entrance are faded so bad that you can hardly read them....
