The beds are too firm and only on a platform, not a box spring. The water pressure is too high, causing flooding in the bathroom when used for more than 2 minutes. The outlets would over heat when using them to charge cell phones, which is a major fire risk. The pool and hot tub were never cleaned or sanitized, especially AFTER a homeless person broke into the pool area and started bathing (with soap) in the hot tub, leaving a disgusting and unsanitary dirt ring. The hotel in of itself smelled of marijuana the entire time we stayed. The cafe that you can purchase items from was less than 50% full and all but 1 of the ice machines worked. Lack of parking was another HUGE problem. Half of the lot was taken up by rental AVIS vehicles, causing people to have to park in the next hotels lot. Parking was significantly tight for vehicles that are NOT compact in nature. You risk vehicle damage because of this, which is inexcusable. Many of the spaces were taped or blocked off, cutting down on the amount of spaces that were actually available to staying guests. Overall the place was abysmal. The only thing that was pleasant about the place was the lovely older woman who made breakfast every morning. She always had a smile on her face and greeted everyone with such joy.
