Hotel in zona Regatta, Dana Point

“The room was not very clean. The bedding and towels were fine, but the floors and furniture were not clean. There was a coffee pot and cups but no coffee. Breakfast was ok, but some of eggs were gray.”

“The breakfast was very good. There was a lot of variety of food. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. But the hotel in general is a little run down but it is in a good location. However, in general I liked staying there.”

“Mi ero trovato bene la prima volta a e sono tornato, sempre soddisfatto. Anche questa volta camera confortevole e pulita. L'unica cosa che non mi torna è come ci possa essere puzza di fumo in una camera per non fumatori.... comunque confermo il giudizio positivo generale della struttura”

“This is a perfect hotel. Everything is great: perfect location, excellent hotel amenities, excellent breakfast, wonderful ambiance at the hotel and spa courtyard, near five-star staff in terms of how accommodating and helpful they are even though it’s not a five-star hotel. I stayed here twice and made it a point to book early enough ahead the second time I needed to stay in Ladera Ranch so that I could guarantee a stay here. Love this place. The spa is insanely good!! Recommend. 10/10.”

“Staff, view were great”

“The room was bleak and not welcoming with vinyl flooring and the rooms have not been updated, nor the TVs. Lighting was too bright with no bedside lighting, only recessed lighting. No enclosed closet, just a rack to hang clothes next to the desk with a shelf. The room had an usual odor which stayed in my clothing and hair. Not enough towels or wash cloths for 2 people (only 2 towels). The bed cover looked dingy and just not clean. The "so-call" complimentory coffee was downstairs in the lobby...

“The staff were super nice and helpful. The room is another story. I was in floor 8, the shower kept leaking the entire stay, the bathroom sink faucet leaked everything we used it. The chair looked like it was attacked by many cats. The bathroom didn’t have a lock.”
