We have never left a negative hotel review before, but after the amount of stress and financial hardship this situation has caused us, and the complete lack of care we received in return, we feel obligated to warn others. One staff member went above and beyond and was just incredible, Aldo helped make our trip the best it could possibly be. The few hiccups we encountered he attended to quickly and with care.
