“Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations. No one offered to help with our bags on arrival, and it felt more like a hostel than a luxury stay. There was no explanation about where the elevator was, how to get around the hotel, or anything about amenities. The feeling persisted anytime we were in the lobby: just really bad & unfriendly hospitality. My only issue was the staff doesn’t know any restaurants or activities in the area, which should be standard for guests not from the area and needing recommendations for local spots. I just had to find places to eat on my own. ”
