“We have been vacationing at the Ritz Ponte for many years and Sheila and Alex's condo was with out a doubt the best property we've had the pleasure to stay in.It was beautifully decorated and completely updated. We loved the spacious, airy feeling and the colors were perfect for a beach vacation. “Adorable condo in a perfect location to my 2 favorite spots-Salt Creek Beach and Aliso Summit trail which are only 2 miles in opposite directions. Pool and jacuzzi are nice. Plenty of room in the condo with lots of cooking utensil and coffee maker choices. Covered parking comes with the unit but there is plenty of open spaces as well.Jamshid quickly responded to some issues I with the lock box (operator error) and resetting the modem. He was a great host and was available for helping me out...

"GOODs: The location is super, very close to Crescent Beach. The room is very clean. Free parking in the property. BADs: We arrived at 9:15pm and found the lobby already closed, even if the sign on the door reported "opening hours from 8am to 10pm". A person was actually inside the lobby but there was no ringbell at the door, so we had to pay for an international call to wake him up! (as the given phone number was not registered in WhatsApp). Once in the room, we discovered that both the TV and WiFi were not working but we were too tired to call someone and fix them."
