“Nice place, good price, nicely furnished. People were very helpful. Only thing was when we asked about the free breakfast the night before, the night clerk said there was no free breakfast, but in the morning when I brought it up with the desk clerk as we left she said the night person was incorrect. Miscommunication, not the end of the world. Good location to the airport.”

Upon arrival, I discovered a pool of water on the floor in one bathroom, while the ceiling in the second bathroom had peeling paint. There was no running water in the faucets or the kitchen, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the living room, not in the bedrooms. Additionally, one of the fans was not functional. “The property was perfect. The owner was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to get in the apartment. It was clean and spacious. Our only complaint is that the windows were left open And several mosquitoes and flies were buzzing around the apartment making it hard to sleep. Suggest getting mosquitoes nets around the beds or screens on the windows to prevent this from happening. But will still recommend!”

“The property does not exist. It is not located where it is said to be and no one had ever heard about it. Can Orbitz look into this property? The number I called said they know nothing about any of this and when I called again they blocked me.”

“Incredible that hotels.com even accepts a place like this on their website! It says 3,5 star hotel, but is neither a hotel nor in the vicinity of even 2 stars. It is a bedroom in a private house, on the sunny side in the evening which makes it intolerably hot at night, and without aircon or even a fan. We were able to get the host to get us a sort of fan, but it was really a small portable heater kind of thing (used without the heater element) with a very inefficient fan. There was no breakfast...
