“Great location! Exterior looks very nice and is well kept. The rooms were outdated and needed repairs. Was expecting a much nicer room based on the price point. Would not return.”

“Very clean rooms and on the property grounds. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended for families you can do so much right on the grounds. It’s the perfect location between the boardwalk and broadway on the beach and especially Walmart.”

“The ocean view was unobstructed and the pool was good. The condo was okay; it had a rustic vibe but teetering on outdated, and there's a difference. The curtains were supper old, the flooring in the master bedroom was super cheap, when there was a slight musty smell when the air conditioner was turned off, the fitted sheet had a permanent stain and so did the shower curtains in the bathroom in the master bedroom. All that said, it was still comfortable, and we had a great time! I do think...

“Condo was on the beach. and had everything we needed. Nice and quiet area. We walked to the convention center in about 12 minutes. Would stay again.”

“There was a disconnect between Vacasa and Expedia. I was not sent booking details , I had too call customer service multiple times to get my door code issue resolved getting into the room almost took an hour. The furniture was outdated but not that big of an issue. We had what seemed to be a nice balcony that we could not access because it was locked from the outside on both sides. The door also has a bolt lock that does not work but it’s is a key code entry so just be aware. Otherwise the stay...
