I was initially concerned about this property because it said online that it was on a contactless hotel however that changed so it did have a front desk person at all time. The property itself appears to be a converted brownstone so its really homey. It has a kitchen that the guest can use and its pretty open. The room was nice and clean. It was also really quiet so that was nice. I worried about parking since it is the city but they have reserved spaces so i was lucky enough to get one everyday. The best part was the staff. Shout-out to Terrell! Everyone that worked this past weekend was great however Terrell really looked out for us. Overall, it was a great experience and we would stay there again.

Roomza has hands down the best staff of any hotel. They are friendly, helpful, and attentive. An added bonus to my stay was free drinks and local snacks. I'm now addicted to the Berger's cookies and Utz Crab Chips! If having the most up to date bathroom is important to you, then maybe you wouldn't like Roomza as the bathroom tile was a bit outdated, but in my mind that was much outweighed by the cleanliness. The main room area was large and modern. This is my new go-to hotel when I travel to Baltimore.
