Hotel a Charlottesville

“We had issues with our bedding the first night but the staff was super accommodating and got it fixed as soon as we brought it to their attention. The pool and hot tub were nice to use and the breakfast was really good! Complimentary popcorn wasn’t bad either.”

“The hotel was clean, breakfast was great but the water pressure in the shower was non existent. I asked about it to staff and was told everyone was showing at the same time. Seriously I have more water pressure in the toilet. A dribble from a shower head is unacceptable IMO. Very hard to rinse product from your hair. On the 3rd morning I shower at 4:00 AM and had the same experience. ”

“Our room's electric blinds didn't work and when we called for help, they didn't offer to fix them. So we got woken up bright and early by the sun when we wanted to sleep in.”

The one note about the bathroom lights - they kept coming on in the night - not sure why, but we just had to shut the door to avoid light disruptions. “As many have written. This is a great place to just rest your head. The place was fairly clean but could have been cleaner. When I checked into my room it could’ve used a better sweep. I appreciated the updated furniture. The bed was comfortable but pillows could have been better. As a solo traveler I felt safe and it was nice that there are plenty of restaurants around the area. It wasn’t perfect but you honestly can’t beat the price for what you’re getting.”

“Check in was very quick and attendant gave us recommendations for a quick bite before bed. Large comfortable room and bedding was excellent.”

“Although this property could use a little help cosmetically, the rooms were PERFECT and a great price. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Thank you for having actual light in the bathrooms. I hate that most hotels have went with those horrible light/mirror combos. They are a nightmare for any woman putting on makeup. I was so pleased that I didn't have to put my make up on by the window at this location. THANK YOU!”

“Staff was out on break when we got there. Manager refused to help us. When checking out asked for a printed receipt. Told they would send it email. No I want a copy. Still told will email it and to this day I have not received it.”

“The whole hotel smells like dog poo. I wouldget a steam cleaner to clean the carpets in the hallways and that would make it much nicer. The rooms are not bad, cold AC and good shower, but the smell in the hallways is pretty bad.”
