Charming getaway in Cocoa Beach

Respectful guests please come enjoy our cozy beach house! Only 200 steps to the beach and 4 blocks from the main street of Cocoa Beach.

This is a 1 story 3 bedroom 2 bath home and has a swimming pool, nice fenced in yard. We use hypoallergenic laundry detergent on all the sheets and towels. The stove, hot water heater, and clothes dryer all run off of a gas propane tank.

Unless we are traveling, we will meet with our guests at some point during their stay. We live 20 min away so we are available throughout the stay if needed.

This home is conveniently located just 4 blocks away from Cocoa Beach main street, where many fun restaurants and cute shops are located. This home is also conveniently located within walking distance to the beach!

Cocoa Beach has a great public transport system. There is also the Cocoa Beach Trolley. Every numbered street in town has a beach access parking lot that has metered parking spaces. There are several parking lots in town with metered spaces and there is free on-street parking. There is a new parking garage on 1st Street South.

Wonderful house
This house has everything you need and it’s so beautiful. The pool is a great addition and the landscaping makes it all very private. The owner was very nice and always answered any question we had, promptly. Would definitely stay here again!!

Gorgeous location
This is a beautiful property. It is spacious and clean. It has all you need for a stay in Florida. The weather didn’t cooperate with us and so we were unable to use the I heated pool and spa; however, we did sit outside and enjoy the warmer-than-it-is-at-home weather. The cleaning required at checkout is minimal compared to some places I’ve stayed. I’d love to come back and stay longer (in warmer weather).

Great Location
Wonderful place that's close to the beach. Needs a deep deep cleaning, but tidy nonetheless. Great communication with the owner, very friendly. Access to the beach is a very easy walk, but please note the street out front of the house is very busy and the street to cross for the beach is also very busy with no crosswalk. We would absolutely stay again and enjoyed the house and beach toys/chairs!
