“Clean room. Pricing for the time of the year and the location …. They take advantage of the families of the students. Overpriced, limited parking, noisy, very limited dining. Their three C motto is not accurate.”

“The property appears to have recent paint, was clean and staff very personable and helpful. However, the room amenities were bad. TV remote barely worked and to shut it off you need to unplug it from wall. No streaming channels on tv. Microwave not plugged in and cord too short to reach any outlet. Coffee maker broken. Bathroom sink leaks at the faucets. For the price I fell it was fine other than the above room amenities.”

“Staff were very excellent, no elevator in this 3 floor property so definitely not ADA. Room was great on 3rd floor but sink handle fell off in my hand. Refrigerator freezer door also came off. Staff very receptive to get maintenance on these issues. Nice view of U of I campus, quiet, safe, near gas station and main drag of town. Comfortable, clean room. Very nice breakfast included.”

“I've stayed here numerous times, and never been dissatisfied. The hotel overlooks the Snake River and mooring docks for one of the major river cruise lines. Very interesting. No significant negatives. I would note that the bathrooms are small.”
