“The room was a good size, especially with a dog. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it looks very clean.”

“The carpet is stained and they don't have any shower caps available even at the front desk. Parts of the outside building are rotting off. Maybe I had too high expectations but if you're going to charge me a cleaning fee for my dog the carpet should be clean when I get in there.”

“We stayed at this Residence Inn for 8 days. I had to ask for towels, toilet paper, and body wash multiple times. Housekeeping did not come to our room unless I requested it. For the amount of money it cost to stay here, I shouldn't have to seek out someone to empty my trash, provide toilet paper, and bring towels. “I can honestly say that this is the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel.”

“We loved the location and the hotel overall. The only downside was the morning noise from trucks in the driveway near the neighboring restaurants. I would recommend requesting a room on the street side for a quieter stay. The hotel does a great job managing guest noise, and their communication was excellent throughout our stay. The coffee is yummy!”

“The apartment was very cute and in a great location. Check in/out was very easy. We stayed 2 nights. The family living upstairs was so loud late at night, both nights, unfortunately none of us got a good night sleep and were woken up multiple times.”
