Vacanze Palouse

Hotel McCoy is a cute little hotel/motel within walking distance of restaurants and shops in Pullman. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the bar at the hotel and loved the oatmeal bar with tons of toppings. Would definitely stay here again!

La Quinta is one of the more comfortable and clean-feeling hotels in the Moscow and Pullman areas. Location and parking is good. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I requested an tv remote because there wasn't one in our room. They immediately responded and delivered us one. Our room looked and felt clean, but the drain to the sink was slow and the shower head didn't have much power. Breakfast was subpar and one of our key cards did not work. The pool looked decent but we didn't get a chance to use it. Overall, a decent etsy with a few upkeep improvements. I would stay here again though.

Blankets were dirty with mystery substances and bad odor in room.

The room was very clean, but the refrigerator was so cold it froze my soda, my non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, the light in the bathroom flickered, and there seemed to be a mentally ill shoeless man hanging around the doorway to the office. Also the pool was a bit buggy....the staff was very helpful and fixed the problems though.

The floor in our room was pretty dirty from day one. We loved the back door that led out to the small yard of astroturf for our dog to use at night! The breakfast was not great but good enough. The person who checked us in on arrival was a bit haggard because he had two people on the phone and me standing in front of him and another family behind me waiting to be checked in. The air conditioning in the room worked great. The pool was pretty clean but the hot tub not so much.
