“So much was great, the people, the room, the exercise room, and perfect breakfast. The bed was ok, seemed not to be flat and caused a feeling of leaning downhill. The cable was non functional in our room but sounded like they were actively working on it. Overall a good experience and they try hard.”

“The room was clean, high quality, had comfortable beds and new furniture. The bathroom was clean, well lit and the shower had good pressure. The water is a bit soft, which made washing soap off quickly a bit challenging. The staff was excellent in all aspects and the breakfast was really good and quickly refreshed when stuff ran low.”

“I’ve stayed in worse places. My room was worn/old but clean. The heat/ac never stopped running. It would just get very very hot and then very very cold. I’m not sure why I expected the ice maker to work, since there was no ice bucket in my room. The woman that runs check-in is as bad as the reviews make her out to be. She told me if there were problems with the room, that I couldn’t get any money back because I already got a good deal (my rate was ~40 USD a night), and that rooms were...
