“Pros - friendly staffs, free breakfast, property is decent and clean Cons - quality of toilet paper and box tissue are terrible, public washroom is even better. No shower gel but bath soap which I personally don’t like. No bottle of water supply.”

One thing I didn’t like was the smoking receptacles by the drive-ups (where I stayed). My door was right next to another door and when I arrived at my room she was standing there smoking by my door and smell lingered when I got into the room. “Great breakfast Super nice lady looked after us at breakfast time Very handy location but there is construction and upgrading needed to the property. My toilet needed blocked and needed plunging. They would not / could not do it for me and I had to do it myself. Even told not to leave the plunger outside my room but take it back to the staff,. I thought this unusual and was glad it was not an electrical problem. I was there for 6 days and no room cleaning etc unless specifically requested....

“Stayed1 night. Was provided with a room upgrade and it was clean. Hotel is dated but was ok for hockey tournament. Staff was friendly; didn’t deal with them much. Breakfast was ok but probably not for a picky eater. Free parking on site which was great.”

“From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for.
