“We have stayed at this resort several years ago and we enjoyed the experience. However, our experience when we stayed there in July, 2026 was much different, When we first booked the reservation through Expedia, we were led to believe that there were only a few rooms left as the room availability indicated that they were sold out many of the rooms. “This place was in a nice quiet area. We didn't pay very much each night for our stay. However the place smelled very musty. The bed was like sleeping on a board. The worst bed we have ever slept on. Also our bath tub was clogged and wouldn't drain properly so we weren't able to us the bath tub. This place definitely some modernization.”

“I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a full kitchen with a gas stovetop. Instead, I was given a room with only a kitchenette. As I am traveling with my family and child and we are pure vegetarians, the kitchen was essential for preparing our meals. This has caused significant inconvenience, that's why it's terrible experience. I am unhappy with the service and request a full refund to my original payment method.”
