“On arrival there were weeds, some looked like poison ivy in the open stairs going into the cottage. The grass around the cottage was long so with the morning dew or rain your sandals and feet got wet. There was no insulation to the cottage so by the afternoon it was an oven. No air conditioning. Two rooms with a double bed in each this was promoted as a real plus by the owner but there were only two of us. In 26 years of marriage this was only our third week sleeping separately. “The owner was super friendly and helpful! Anything we needed she supplied. The photos of property do not match the ad, but this is Expedia’s doing… the owner of the cottage did not post these waterpark photos. There is a water park that looks similar in photos, it is a 8min drive. Over all a great expierence. I would highly Recommend.”

“The check in process was smooth . We had some issues finding the key box but figured it out ultimately . The cottage was clean ,had every amenity we wanted and even had a extra pack and play and a sofa bed . TV had Netflix etc . Staples all present in the kitchen . Nice big place . No issues at all we had a lovely time .check out was smooth and easy . Close to cabendish beach and all other amenities including sandspit”

“Beautiful cottage in a gorgeous location. Close to Montague, close to beaches, close to lighthouses! We did an eastern coastal tour (plus Cavendish) during our stay and the property was centrally located! Cottage was very clean and comfy. However, floors and beds are squeaky (only an issue if you get up in the middle of the night). There is a beautful view of the bay, but no safe access to the water on the property for swimming... not really an issue as there are very nice beaches very...
