“The hotel is very busy at check out time so I followed instructions for fast check out in my room. Since the hotel does not email to you receipt I asked at the hotel reception if I could have copy of the receipt.
They told me they could not print because i booked through expedia, however since the Hotel swiped my credit card at the check in for deposit, the print of the receipt should have been provided at the check out regardless. This is expected service from a 4 star hotel

“Beautiful hotel. Exceptional service. Extremely efficient and helpful staff. We were treated exceptionally well. Our taxi pulled up in front of the hotel and a hotel staff member appeared out of thin air and helped us out of the taxi and collected our luggage and escorted us to check in. Wow!
