“The staff was great
We got our luggage just before the 2nd to last shuttle was set to leave the airport
After calling the front desk to say we had arrived and had our luggage - the front desk clerk called the driver and he agreed to wait for us for a few minutes - it was great
The room was clean and the beds extremely comfortable
The breakfast was a surprise
Fresh waffles fresh omelets sausage and potatoes
Lots of cereals and fruit and muffins and really good coffee

“It took only 7 min walk from Sky train, Bridgeport station. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was good, and hot water came out. That’s all I need, and I was satisfied with this accomodation. ”

“Clean and quiet rooms despite the hotel being in a prime area of Richmond. Breakfast was decent. Service was good, housekeeping had already gone home, but when I requested one towel, front desk provided me with multiple. Thank you for a wonderful stress-free stay!”
