“The hotel is very busy at check out time so I followed instructions for fast check out in my room. Since the hotel does not email to you receipt I asked at the hotel reception if I could have copy of the receipt. They told me they could not print because i booked through expedia, however since the Hotel swiped my credit card at the check in for deposit, the print of the receipt should have been provided at the check out regardless. This is expected service from a 4 star hotel ”

“Room was great, comfy beds, clean. Would have liked a tub though, only had a shower. Only disappointment was the breakfast. Honestly it was the worst breakfast I’ve had which ever that is included with the hotel room. Very limited choices, no fruit but apples. Wooden utensils instead of real utensils…couldn’t even cut my waffle with the wooden knife. Paper cups for coffee and plates. They really should improve this abit. ”

“We were in an executive suite. The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was ok. “I was there for 2 concerts at the Rogers arena. Hotel is well situated and close to everything. I was travelling alone and had no concerns with safety. Construction noises can be a bit irritating but this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Very close to Granville which is a very lively and busy street with every food option available. Sunset Beach is a few blocks away. I had hot water the entire stay. Beds weren’t the greatest but not the worst either. ”
