“I booked two rooms they were ridiculously distanced from each other. I tried to get information on the rooms before arriving and no one seemed to have any answers, i would have changed rooms had i known. Check in took a very long time despite doing the online check in and again there was little property knowledge to answer questions. It was frustrating and lowered our experience. There were three people checking people in at the front desk, all three seemed to be in training because only one...

“The room was clean but I paid 800 and still there is no microwave, the carpet was dirty even after they were cleaning (I don’t even know if they clean the carpet or not) I’m really disappointed because I expected more for the price I paid. ”

“Loads of construction happening around the property, so access felt a bit challenging the first time arriving. Parking was easy and staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean, bathroom was ok. The bathtub was old and looked dirty. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t try the breakfast, but lots of others did and seemed to be enjoying. ”
