The weather was great and we had the windows a majority of the time while in. I grew up in coatal areas of southern California, so i was already aware of no a/c in places like this. The only draw back was the key pad access (initial use learning curve) and the upstairs tenants used the entire porch to smoke weed on and flick their ashes all over, without brushing...
