“I stayed two nights with my boys in the Sunrise Family Suite and we loved it. The property is beautiful with spectacular views, and the games room was a real bonus. Cath and Roy were incredibly welcoming and made our stay feel special. We chose the breakfast option, which worked perfectly for us, and Cath checked in to make sure the menu suited our tastes. We’d happily return and highly recommend the property.”

“Enjoyed my stay. It was a bucket list item! It was clean! It was quiet. There are robes and I love dark towels! The bed is warm with a firm mattress. At home I have a 4 inch memory foam topper, so a firm mattress was a very different sleep for me. My favorite was having a seal swim by as I was having my morning coffee! “Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB.”

“Everything was clean & we met the host several times and she was very friendly & was there if we needed anything. The space was very roomy & comfortable & would highly recommend it. ”

“If you would like accommodation that acts as a quiet Haven, where you can cocoon, this property is an excellent option. You have your own private entrance. A private washroom and very large bedroom space. Good weather permitting, you have access to a charming outdoor sitting area. Having a vehicle for this location is a plus. I would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“Overall place was okay. Ideas to make things better. 1. There were no staff or contact numbers available to help and answer questions. 2. No descrption of where bedrooms and sleeping couches were. 3. The tv controller was missing so could not watch. 4. We had to search closets for bedding. 5. Didn't find the thermostat controls until next morning. These and other minor problems could be avoided if the was a printed orientation guide for all facilities. ”
