“無料の朝食メニューは豊富でワクワクしました！スタッフの方々皆さん親切で明るいホテルでした。ただ、エレベーターがないので大きな荷物がある方はお気をつけて！親切なスタッフの方々が手伝ってくれました。本当に感謝しています。 私は6人部屋でしたが、消灯中に大きな物音を平気で立てたり電話をしたり非常識なルームメイトも居たので、中々眠れませんでした。 シェアルームは皆んなが平等に部屋を使えるよう、ベッドサイドに注意事項を貼っても良いかと思います。 快適に過ごしたい方はプライベートルームをお勧めします。”

“The place was clean! A bright, simple room, one queen bed, a window to the street, bathrooms close by across the hall. There's a roomy kitchen-living-relaxing space, fridges, free tea and coffee (the manager, John, makes a pot in the morning.) The location was excellent--right on the corner of Bastion and Commercial street, giving you walkable access to all the main attractions of Nanaimo. “The view from the room was lovely to wake up to. It's a 10 minute drive into the resort and so it's a great spot to sleep between skis, but the life if elsewhere.”
