“Check in was professional and courteous, the host allowed us to check in an hour early. He had his phone number handy and said he was available 24/7 if there was anything we needed.Unfortunately, that was not honored. When we checked in, my husband asked where the thermastat was to control the a/c. Our host said there wasn’t one but the suite stayed quite cool and if it got a bit warm, his wife always kicked the air on in the night and it would also cool our space.
