“While its not one of the newest hotels in Kelowna, it was convenient option for us, while visiting a family member in the hospital. The room was always clean, and the mattresses were very comfortable. We appreciated the daily coupons for breakfast at Ricky's, located next door. You can choose a $10 breakfast, or have $10 deducted from your menu choices. All interactions with staff illustrated their commitment with excellent customer service. It was a very pleasant experience for us. ”
