“The room was newly renovated, however it didn't look clean when we entered the room. We pulled back the bedding and we found it was full of sand and hairy. It was too late for room service to come take care of the issue but we were able to get new sheets and change them ourselves.
The pillows are very lumpy and practically disintegrating. The beds are okay but very loud. You cannot move an inch without it squeaking.
When I addressed the issue of the dirty shirts to the manager, I asked for...
