“Comfortable and clean rooms. Swimming pool could be cleaner and hot tub was not working. Breakfast buffet choices are a bit limited.”

“The location and staff are awesome, the room was clean and comfortable. It will be nice when the pool is available again. The staff went out of their way for a very late check in and allowed me hours after check out to occupy the room while I was waiting for a late ride coming from out of town to pick me up. Special thanks to supervisor Prosperity Good Luck for being a great host 😊”

“Parking was nice but the staff were horrible to deal with especially the day manger The room I booked on Expedia was not the room I got , and when I did check into the room there was damage to the fridge and a bed cover . We reported it to the night time desk clerk and she never made a note of it so when we went to check out the hotel blamed us and charged us 200$ ”

“Run like a Tim Hortons, outside needs attention to landscape and lobby has a constant smell like burnt popcorn. Not pleasant. Have been here a dozen times, no one recognizes me. ”

“I have been staying at Best Western hotels prior to, during and after Covid and this was definitely the worst and most disappointing experience I've ever had. I did not hang my do not disturb sign on my door, which in every hotel I have ever stayed at means I would like my room cleaned. When I arrived back to my room in the evening the washroom was cleaned but nothing else. The bed linens were not changed and the bed was not made. I called the front desk and after I told her about my room...

“Very clean room and spacious, decent breakfast. Pool was fun, but a little bit of grime on the walls of the pool, could use a deep scrub. The shower in pool area has extremely high pressure so it kind of hurts. But we would stay here again, it was a good hotel. ”
