Breakfast is included, owner is nice & the price is very affordable. I would stay here again if I come back.”

“Very clean and modern room. Excellent breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, and coffee. Friendly staff and great value. The only drawback is that it's about a 20–30 minute drive to downtown and the waterfront. Overall, a great stay.”

“Everything was perfect. We accidentally forgot our stainless steel milk pan and called the very next day about it and the staff was not cooperative to find it.”

“Was a great place for 3 nights. I never went to University but his felt like a dorm room. But, it was super clean and staff were pleasant. It would have been useful to have some cutlery , plates , dish cloths in the kitchenette etc. The Bed was dorm like, but satisfying.”

“Steve was a gracious host. The property is lovely. The rooms are large and attractively furnished with all the amenities one could want. We had breakfast on the balcony which had a lovely view. Steve was a chef in a former life and it showed in the quality of the breakfast which was both beautifully presented and delicious. We will definitely recommend this establishment to our friends.”

“Really enjoyed my stay. My room was lovely and clean, the shower facilities etc I also made use of the fitness room which had a good range of equipment. Breakfast was very tasty with a good range of food options As an aside, despite the hotel being a little out of the way, there are a number of eateries and a supermarket all within easy walking distance”

“Just be aware there is no elevator so book on the first floor if u don’t like stairs. However, the breakfast is on the second floor so stairs to get to that.”
