“The room was newly renovated, however it didn't look clean when we entered the room. We pulled back the bedding and we found it was full of sand and hairy. It was too late for room service to come take care of the issue but we were able to get new sheets and change them ourselves. The pillows are very lumpy and practically disintegrating. The beds are okay but very loud. You cannot move an inch without it squeaking. When I addressed the issue of the dirty shirts to the manager, I asked for...

“We stopped only for one night so we can't write a complete review. By the way two bad thing for us is that the room was on the ground floor, parking view, and the bathroom was not so clean”

“We stayed at Hyatt Kelowna for 3 nights and extended an extra night. Honestly the hotel is very clean with great amenities. I would definitely choose Hyatt again and again for every Kelowna visit.”

“This is by far the most stylish and beautifully decorated Comfort Suites I have ever stayed at. But it falls short on a few functional.things: 1. The mini-fridge in the room is much smaller than most. Shallow shelves. Doesn't hold much, not ever an upright bottle of wine. 2. There are only 2 small, shallow drawers. Plenty of room to install a proper chest of drawers under the TV. Then longer stay guests can unpack. 3. No safety grab bars in the shower. Should have these. 4. Only place to hang...
