“Beautiful place ”

“We booked a one bedroom lake view suite. The view was great! The kitchen and bathrooms were decent but the carpet and furniture was very old. The room needs a renovation. Our king bed was very comfortable but the pull out couch for our teenagers was terrible! It felt like you were laying on cardboard and springs. They could not sleep. We complained and the manager when he came back from his days off upgraded us for our remaining nights to a newly renovated 2 bedroom beach front townhouse. It was...

“This hotel is close to the mall and restaurants. The breakfast was great with muffins, cereal, toast and fruit. This hotel needs to be graded higher than a two star hotel! It was nicer than many higher star hotels in Kelowna that we have stayed at. ”
