“We’ve stayed 3 times now and do so for the extra space, AC, and pool. This stay the pool was disappointing. The water was extremely cloudy so much that you could not see the bottom. We asked staff and they let us know there was a problem with the pump that had been replaced already and they were monitoring the PH of the water daily but it still wasn’t the crystal clear pool we were used to and did make us alittle hesitant to use it. I asked the front desk and they said that the website should not charged me but i showed them my online purchase that I was charged and still the motel charged me again. I dont know which one should be charging us for the tax? Or they really charged you twice so next time better check the site and the place you are staying in before booking.”
