Ostelli in Canada

“Ostello in pieno centro (Downtown) di Vancouver, a neanche 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro di Waterfront dalla quale si possono prendere linee metro e bus per tutte le aree della città. Costruzione storica quella che ospita l'ostello, must see per chi si approccia per la prima volta al mondo america, con le tipiche scale di emergenza esterne, mattoni rossi, impianti a vista etc molto caratteristico e ben tenuto. Condizioni di pulizia in stanza buone, nei servizi e nelle aree comuni meno....

“Very nice staff, a staff from Hong Kong who works overnight shift at the front introduced me a lot of restaurants, spots and highlights in Vancouver. There are different tours which are free and held by the hostel. Nice and huge common area and open kitchen to cook. The washrooms are generally clean too. Overall, pretty good experience to stay there, and it is in a very convenient location. Just one thing to mention, if there is a lock for the locker in the room that will be perfect. ”

“The room was extremely hot. Summers in Quebec City are very warm, and with 35 degrees outside, you don’t want to come back to a room that’s even hotter! There were only two small fans. Breakfast included cheese, bread, hard-boiled eggs, and oatmeal. Unfortunately, there were no sweets. However, everything was very clean and the staff was very kind and friendly.”

“The property was very clean. It was a cozy place with variety of different rooms for people to hangout and walkable distance from Christmas markets. Would definitely stay here again if I visit the area. ”

“Mi sono trovata bene. Sono stata tre notti in una camera con bagno. Tutto pulito, camera grande e accogliente. Il personale è molto gentile e anche la posizione non è male. Non proprio in centro ma vicino a tutto, sia il downtown che la zona del porto. La colazione è abbastanza varia anche se si potrebbe fare qualcosa in più magari aggiungendo yogurt e qualche scelta di salato oltre alle uova sode.”

“The room was really clean. My roommates were nice. The only thing is there was a sign in the washroom saying to complete your shower in 3 minutes. Who is showering in 3 minutes? Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Would recommend if you’re a more extrovert type of person. ”

“Nice private room, no air conditioning but you can ask to borrow a fan. I stayed in August and did not feel hot. Bathrooms were always clean and the hostel is a short bus ride away into the city. I would recommend doing laundry somewhere else otherwise there was a $10 CAD minimum to load the laundry card. Will come back! ”
