“A lovely apartment overlooking Sooke Basin, clean and comfortable. The host is friendly and we enjoyed chatting with her. The apartment is on the upper floor ("eagles nest" and we saw an eagle), so be prepared to climb a long flight of stairs. “We had a wonderful stay in the family suite at Misty Meadows. The room was clean and a lovely space to be in. The location worked well for us, a 30 minute drive to downtown Victoria if not travelling in rush hour, and it was nice to stay somewhere beautiful and quiet. Errol and Cathy were friendly and attentive but gave us plenty of space, and Cathy made us an excellent breakfast, also going to the trouble of preparing a packed breakfast when we had to leave very early on our last morning.
