“We really loved the location of this property. It was very close to downtown . Just off the main street and very quiet. In the back of the property was free parking and a nice fellow at the reception desk when we arrived. He explained how everything worked which was quite simple and everything in our room was clean and in working condition. “Struttura priva di ascensore. Stanza piccola e soffocante. Il condizionatore era un alambicco attaccato al muro molto rumoroso e poco efficace nel rinfrescare. Nei dintorni c'erano barboni, prostitute e persone con siringhe alla mano. Zona poco affidabile. Eviterei questo hotel”

“Despite excellent hospitality does not live up to its price point. There was limited heating during the night, and one simple daily menu for breakfast that was not anything special. Daily cleaning service non-existent so take out your own trash, make your own bed is not what one would expect of a renowned b&b. Water tea and coffee available all day in the dining room is a welcome lovely touch, but we would not choose to stay here again.”

“Breakfasts were lovely and plentiful, parking was easy and convenient! Very impressive heritage building, but all the flights of stairs too difficult to manage. We only had a bathtub, which was pretty inconvenient. Decor needs upgrading. Rachel, the manager, was so lovely and also very helpful. ”

“Great view from room. You can see ferries going in a distance as well as the Malahat to Victoria. On clear days you can see Vancouver and the Washington coast. Seen deer eating on the property. Very clean and quiet.”
