“Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I loved that the lobby offered coffee, juices, fruit-infused water, and treats throughout the day. The room was spotless and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and friendly, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and had plenty of variety.
A great stay overall.

“Our most important take aways…overall the food from the hotel was not very good (ordered 4 times as traveling with our dog, and there is no such thing as dog friendly dining at this time of the year) beautiful setting, beautiful view from room, room was average clean, fridge in room had no shelves and no freezer (regardless of what they tell you when you call to confirm prior to booking) very noisy guest in suite above (hotel does not seem to be sound proofed) could hear their tub running...

“Room was very clean. I had a crib requested for my son, it was ready in the room upon arrival and an actual rolling crib, not just a pack and play. My shuttle driver was very helpful with my luggage taking me to the airport. The hotel's location is also very close to shops, restaraunts and the harbour. I will definitely stay again if I have an early flight.

“夜にチェックインして翌朝早い目に出たので滞在時間は短かったですが、到着が遅くなる事を連絡しておいたらフロントスタッフはとてもフレンドリーに気持ちよく出迎えてくれて良かったです。 施設内部は外観より古びた感じですが清掃は行き届いていました。 落とした物を探すのにベットの下を覗きましたがとても綺麗に掃除されていて感心しました。
アメニティは石鹸類と何故か保湿クリームがスリッパや歯ブラシが有ると良かったです。
バスローブのタイプがとても肌触りが良く着やすかったです。”

“Pleasantly surprised with quality and cleanliness of room based on exterior appearance but as we were told buildings are over 50 years old.
Breakfast was good and staff member was helpful.
Only issue was even with heat off, room was extremely warm and the bedside a/c was too noisy to run all night.”

“Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again.
