“This property was conveniently located but was very overpriced. The first room they gave us was terrible and not what was pictured when booked. They moved us to a better room with a balcony but it overlooked the parking lot. It didn’t appear to be busy so for what we paid a room facing the harbour would have been nice. Staff seemed friendly and we were given a treat bag upon arrival.”

“Booked this stay for the long weekend. Happy for an escape from the city (Victoria) and kids to relax on Pender at this resort. Unfortunately between the two pool and hot tub areas neither were adult only, as tape was coving the 'adult only' amenity. Given this, there were children splashing and yelling at both pools and hot tubs negating the peaceful stay. I would not recommend this for anyone looking to relax using these amenities. Unfortunately we will not be back unless there is a designated...

“Beautiful house, with a great view saw lots of deer in the back in the morning. They have everything in the kitchen for cooking, just sure you bring your own oil and stuff like that, otherwise they have basically everything else.”

“We enjoyed the beautiful view and the cosy suite again. The check-in process is seamless. The hosts are generous and provide snacks and beverages. This was our second visit and we are sure to go again in the future.”

“The place was amazing and the hosts equally so. The location, part way up Mount Maxwell, allowed for hiking trips, swim’s and access to Ganges for amazing cultural, shopping and food experiences. We would highly recommend this place!”

“Myself and my three girlfriends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us, 4 bedrooms, with their own ensuite's. The view from this property is worth 1million, the description on the site is very accurate. The kitchen/dining area/living room are one big room. Well equipped and the hosts are so hospitable, willing to get whatever you may need. Everything is within a short distance, Poet’s Cove, Hope Bay, Magic Lake, the grocery store. Hope to return soon!”
