“Beautiful spot to stay in Parksville.”

“Staff was great, pleasant and helpful. I mentioned to the front desk on check out that our bathroom door was VERY squeaky- they said they’d follow up with maintenance. Breakfast area was clean, good options and helpful staff. Kids loved the pool!”

“This is a very nice hotel in a convenient location. We like to e-bike and the hotel is a half kilometer from two bike trails that parallel highways 19 and 19A. We biked the N&L Trail, Nanaimo Parkway Trail and a few connector trails, about 45 km. There are plenty of places to eat within a lm of the hotel. The staff even provided a safe place to store our bikes overnight. It was so nice and convenient we stayed 3 nights. It’s also close to the ferry terminal for the ferry to Horseshoe Bay. ”

“I personally like its proximity to the beach, and it being at UBC meant more secluded and quieter space, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Amenities were really nice, though they ran out of hand soap in 2 of their sinks in the washroom. Common dining hall is quite small. ”

“Clean room, suite with the hot tub was super convenient.”

“The hotel is being renovated, so the rooms looked new. Our room was on the ground floor with a beautiful door to a patio so we could sit outside enjoying the view of the bay as well as children on the playground and families cooking out. ”

“The front desk staff were very friendly and inviting, and the entire stay was lovely. This hotel is incredibly clean, and is meticulously maintained by the wonderful (and also super friendly) cleaning crew! Pet friendly room was lovely, and the location was pretty good. The Lighthouse Pub is right next door and has a great patio over the marina. Thanks for a great stay! ”
