“The rooms were clean, and my kids loved the pool. We enjoyed the grab and go pastries, fruits, coffee and juice each morning. Our stay was mostly positive. On the second night of our stay, our kids (6 and 9 years old) were having a dance party while waiting for us to pack up to go to the pool. It was 830pm at night when we heard a knock on our door. I opened the door to see a staff member telling me that we were too loud. I apologized and said my kids were having a dance party. He got mad...

“Clean, modern room and bathroom. Really nice new shower. Excellent central location, with the beach around the corner. It would have been great if the room had an electric kettle for tea but it just had a coffee maker with 2 coffee pods provided.”

“We stayed two nights - the first was a Monday and the meals were very poor bu the next night the meals were excellent and seemd to be a completely different staff and much better experience. There are many loose boards on teh boardwalks and some obvious wear and tear in the rooms as well as a nest of sugar ants in the room. Being our third visit in the past 5 years we did see a decline overall unfortunately.”

“The property is in a good location and although we didn’t use it, the pool area was nice. We booked a two bedroom villa and we were apparently upgraded to a two bedroom loft. It did not feel like an upgrade. We didn’t use the extra space at all as there were only four of us. Our villa was an end unit, which might have been good noise-wise, but didn’t have much of a view at all. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the villa as we were out exploring but we might have if we had a nicer outdoor space....

“Whole property is amazing and serene. The water toys and hot tub are great additions. Adrian and Donna were wonderful hosts. Beware there are many stairs here but you will get your steps in!”
