“Very nice neighbourhood. Host flexible..allowed us to stay after regular checkout time. There were ants in the bathroom and sometimes a few in the kitchen. There was no receptacle for kitchen waste.”

“Very nice place to stay that’s affordable (somewhat) near Vancouver. Convenience stores and bus stops are walking distance but the transit time to the city would be around a hour or so. There were also just some ants in the suite occasionally which would be my only downside but otherwise really nice and clean basement suite. ”
