“The check-in information was wrong (door code). The picture with instruction is not zoomable and yellow text on the pictures was hard read. The parking instruction (orientation of the car) was confusing (perpendicular in the photo instruction and parallel on the sign on the fence). The living room, bed rooms, and bathroom were not as clean as expected by the advertised pictures. ”

“We stai at the apartment for 4 nights to participate to the WebSummit at the Vancouver Convention Center. Well connected through the Expo line and 20 minutes walking from the Metro, supermarket and mall. ”

“We love our stay at The Douglas Suite. The host Suzanne is quick in communicating, the place are gorgeous except we didn’t have a chance to used the Hot Tub unluckily they have done some repairs during our stay. But she let us stay and late check out which helps a lot, because our flight back to Edmonton is at 8pm that day.”

“My husband, mother in law and two young daughters stayed here as a home base for a multi-day wedding event for a family member and it was perfect.We were in need of bedding for the pull out bed and our host promptly brought it down, and was friendly and welcoming during every exchange.The laundry machines had supplies and there were ample towels, pillows and even some popcorn and other snacks in the cupboard. ”
