“Room had no TV , no ice, poor bed with poor linens. Room not very sound proof.”

“Very clean and spacious room with an excellent breakfast. Stayed in the room with bunk beds. Wasn’t aware it was a loft space. Perhaps I missed this in the description. Excellent host.”

“The Penthouse suite was beautiful and very well appointed. Linens were not of the quality expected of this kind of suite. Clean but very well used and showing wear and tear. The continental breakfast was not as described and was very underwhelming. The fridge was not stocked as described. It appeared that there was little maintenance done during our stay.”

“Conveniently located for the reasons I was in Halifax. Room was extremely clean and well-maintained as was the Bathroom. Quiet; Children living on floor above but their noise was minimal and normal for kids. All was quiet after their bedtime!! Walkway to the private entrance at the back of the house was grass and ground uneven. The weather was sunny & warm during my stay, so was not a problem. Had it been rainy or winter conditions, it would have been slippery.”

“Our room was very clean snd comfortable. Comfortable beds and nice linens. The shower was a bit tricky to use but the water was hot. I wasn’t impressed by the additional parking fee but was able to find street parking easily but that also required additional payment. The breakfast was disappointing. It was a continental style with limited options. Nothing hot or made fresh. The staff didn’t acknowledge the guests and didn’t offer to help. I won’t be returning or recommending this property.”
