“The room was modern and clean with a great view of Miller Lake. Unfortunately I did the self check-in, in the dark with rain pouring down and couldn't locate the property for 20 minutes. Lighting on the signage or street number is recommended. A bit of a game-changer that sticks with me is that they don't use a top sheet. I get that people do this at home, but not for guest-use....eew!”

“As soon as I entered the main doors my jaw dropped as I was NOT expecting the hotel to be under renovation(s). Had I known, I would had booked elsewhere. We stayed in room 605. Just above the pool area. The room had a very heavy smell of chlorine to which I got a headache. Upon entering the room there was dust in areas and the fridge was dirty. “The good: Restructured entryway with beautiful large wooden doors with brass fittings & rings. Opulent main lobby, beautiful dark woodwork, museum like. Beautiful in its day but like a neglected child it’s telling and felt dingy & very dark. (ie a beautiful ceiling light fixture with shades crooked and tattered with a few burned out bulbs)Restaurant/bar on site.
